Hello, To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter today out of desperation after using the ZELLE option available on my XXXX banking application. On XX/XX/2022 sent out {$1900.00} and {$1.00} in order to check if the account was correct but the person in question never answered my text messages and I proceeded to send the total amount needed for their services. On XX/XX/2022 sent out {$2000.00} and on XX/XX/XXXX sent out {$2000.00}. Total sent out {$5000.00}. The party told me that they have never received the money. They claim that they do not have the money so I will not receive the services. I think that the money might have been sent to the wrong person by using the wrong phone number on ZELLE. Either way, I am being victim of a SCAM because the party that received the money is not returning it to me. After trying to contact ZELLE by phone and by email several months, finally I was told that I can not deal directly with ZELLE, that I need to call my bank XXXX which I used their services from. I called to file a claim with my bank XXXX and was given a reversal money payment on XX/XX/2022. I could not open the message on the XXXX application so, I thought that justice had been served and that I won the claim, I therefor transferred the money back to my savings account but on XX/XX/2022, XXXX reversed the money and took it back. I still have not received a claim status!!!! Now, my checking account is overdrawn and I was charged overdraft fees. I really need your help because ZELLE is refusing to cooperate with my bank XXXX, and I am not allowed to get the information of the person that kept my money to pursue them in civil court.
