I have tried reaching out multiple times to XXXX and XXXX along with Convergent Outsource to get this situation fixed as they are reporting this account that I do not recall. Continues reporting inaccurate as this debt is not mine. XXXX stated over the phone that they couldnt do anything about this debt as it does not belong to them anymore. So I just kept trying to work it out with collection company nd bureaus. Reporting inaccurate date lest active. Reporting a balance of {$640.00} when account has been transferred. re-aging pushing back the data count should fall off. consecutive charge of as if it was some sort of payment method. I have asked for verification on debt any document that provides my signature stating debt belongs to me. I asked to provide a method of verification on and how and where they are getting information from because they continue to report incorrect. I have been answered with the statement bill on this account. this does not provide my signature and does not mean debt is mine. I have actually tried to offer a pay to delete on this debt not because I believe debt is mine. But, because I have tried multiple times to fix the situation. Account is hurting and holding me back from obtaining credit and I need it to get removed immediately. I offered a 60 % on the step as a settlement but I have not heard back on my offer.
