I did not make any late payments and this company reported my Capital One Auto Finance report late since XX/XX/XXXX. This company is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681b 2. This company is also not allowing me to exercise my experiences which is violating pursuant to 15 USC 1681a 2.
