I patiently waited for Equifax to uphold my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act however they have failed. The XXXX XXXX listed on my credit report is in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act which states that everything must be 100 % accurate on my credit report. I contacted XXXX ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX XXXX, asking them to verify this account and they were unable to do so because there is no record of my full name and SSN. Equifax stated my account was properly investigated on XX/XX/2022 ( see attachment with confirmation number ) but how is this possible when there is no record of me in the XXXX database. I demand to know who Equifax is verifying this information with when they are the only credit bureau reporting this inaccurate information which also shows that the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. This is grounds for removal and Equifax have violated my right under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A that states I have the right to privacy and 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 A section 2 states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I am continually penalized by Equifax for upholding my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act because each time they inaccurately complete an investigation and report this inaccurate information on my credit report it pulls my credit score down by -30 points. Please hold them accountable for violating 15 U.S.C 1681!
