Refinanced with XXXX XXXX regarding mortgage. BSI Financial Services has received the payoff and it payoff has been applied to my loan. Received a letter dated XX/XX/2022, from BSI Financial Services stating that " This is to inform you that your mortgage has been paid in full. '' The letter stated " a release of lien will be prepared and mailed to the county courthouse where the property is located. Please check with your local courthouse if you do not receive a copy of the recorded release. '' As of XX/XX/2022, the courthouse had not received a release of lien from BSI. I contacted BSI and they stated they could not find any record where their company had completed the document. I have called several times and no one at BSI can provide me with any information or resolution on why the release of lien document has not been prepared and sent.
