Wells Fargo has locked me out of my online banking. Im XXXX living in XXXX XXXX. Theyre saying I have to go to a branch in USA to get it back open. Over the last 3 weeks Ive talked to 20 different people. They all say same thing, I have to go to a branch in USA. I let them know I was moving and traveling internationally. Apparently they have no way of helping international travelers! They cant use international numbers or email to verify account information, only US numbers. The reason they locked me out of my online banking is because I used the service they provide to make a wire transfer to someones account at one of XXXX XXXX biggest banks. They marked that as suspicious! They offer a service on their online banking website, and then they cause problems when you make the simplest of transactions! Ive had to waste lots of money on hotels and transportation because I havent been able to transfer money to buy a car. I think this is negligence on their part and malpractice. Is there anything we can do to file a complaint about Wells Fargo international services? I would also like to be reimbursed for the money Ive wasted! Thanks, hope you can help!
