I emailed a live agent a copy of my cease and desist letter, the agent confirmed the email was received and I should be contacted within two days ( 48hours ) from an agent from the billing department. I was never contacted, rather late payments were reported to my XXXX and XXXX consumer reports. I am not sure as to why these payments were reported late or even reported to my consumer report at all when the representative stated that the company does not report to credit bureaus. Further, the company continues to contact me even after receiving my cease and desist letter.
