The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigation but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last activate is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. The ground for removal they also violated my rights under 15USC 1681 SECTION 602 A Stats I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 SECTION 604 A SECTION 2 ; Also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. Also the Credit Bureaus took more than 30 days to complete my investigation. I have disputed these accounts SEVERAL TIMES with the same results. Attached are the credit reports showing the violations, and other documentation used with my previous disputes XXXX removed the bankruptcy it still appears on XXXX, XXXX the court sent me a letter stating they do not report information to anyone so how are they verifying the information mailed letter to LexisNexis no respond. They are clearly in NONCOMPLIANCE with XXXX reporting requisites per CRGG as well as the FCRA, and thus damaging my credit. I have been deputing this since XXXX with evidence keeps coming back verified but they won't send me proof of verification.
