Experian you have refused to verify this account 100 % as I have requested and disputed multiple times. I didnt ask Experian to update account XXXX. Experian you continue to respond to my request to verify this account 100 % with this account has been updated. I have sent three different certified mail letter with return receipt to Experian requesting for this account XXXX to be verified 100 %. This account to date XX/XX/2022 still has not been verified 100 % as requested. If Experian had verified this account XXXX as requested per the FCRA The Date Last Reported would have changed to the date you last investigated this account. The Date Last Reported has never changed since I have disputed this account multiple times over the past year and still remains the same date today XX/XX/2022. This doesnt follow Metro 2 code compliance. I have provided as proof, copies from three different months of consumer reports from Experian showing the Date Last Report shows the same date on all consumer reports and has not changed after any disputes or request which means that Experian did not investigate this account XXXX according to the FCRA requirements. I have provided copies of my three certified mail return receipt and three different letters from Experian stating that the account has been updated which was not my request to Experian. My request to Experian was simple verified this account 100 % which did not happen as of XX/XX/2022. DELETE this account XXXX because Experian did not preform a investigation which is a violation of the FCRA by not updating the Date Last Report as required according to the FCRA. Delete this account for FCRA violations not investigating because Date Last Reported did not change.
