To whom this may concern, I, XXXX XXXX, have encountered a great big mess of issues with chime or XXXX XXXX XXXX. As I started to log in to my account it then rejected me and said my account was closed. Although, I did all the necessary steps to find out why, the company could not give me a reason as to why my account had been closed. Also, my XXXX XXXX XXXX check was deposited this same morning only to find out I could not access my benefits. I've called and called and emailed them only to get no response! If you could help me find my money that would be great! I have believed that I have been a faithful chime customer and representative for them for quite awhile now. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, XXXX.
