In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Exeter Finance LLC., has violated my rights, thus this complaint for Unfair Debt Collection practice. I purchased XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The Auto loan was finance by Exeter Finance LLC. However, on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, l suffer a job loss. After reviewing my consumer credit report, l noticed debt collection charged off by Exeter Finance. They alleged charged amount owed {$23000.00}. Amount reported to Credit Bureau {$25000.00} ... by Exeter Finance LLC., without proving any relevant additional contact information for account transfer see attachment F. I have made numerous attempts to contact Exeter Finance to address this debt obligation, see attachment XXXX XXXX XXXX, in an effort to make a payment arrangement and received no return correspondence. Subsequently, l attempted to dispute the debt from the Credit report and the Credit Bureau reported that the debt was in fact, verified by Exeter Finance and continued to report the debt see attachment XXXX XXXX. This Continued reporting without providing me a opportunity to paydown the debt is now creating employment issues for me as well as making it difficult to get hired due to the derogative reporting by Exeter Finance.
