I was past due on my XXXXXXXX XXXX account and called them on XX/XX/XXXX to set up a settlement. After being hung up on a few times I was told that they only do settlement calls on XXXX of month and call back then. Called back on XX/XX/XXXX and was told it had been sent to collections. In XXXX of XXXX I received a letter saying this had been sold to XXXX XXXX. I settled this debt with them XX/XX/XXXX for {$3000.00}. A couple of months ago I received a letter from LVNV Funding saying the debt had been sold to them. I notified them this had been sold and paid thru XXXX XXXX but never heard back. I filed a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and included the letter from XXXX XXXX saying that I had a XXXX balance. XXXX notified me on XX/XX/XXXX that the debt had been verified. I've only ever had one account with XXXX which is clear on my report and the XXXX XXXX email shows that it has been paid. I'd like the LVNV Funding removed from my report.
