As a consumer/ natural person/ living man, I am enforcing my rights. EQUIFAX is in clear violation of the law of 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) - Permissible purpose of consumer reports. I did not give EQUIFAX written permission or consent to furnish accounts on my consumer report. Furthermore, EQUIFAX is in violation of the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states that transactions and experiences are not to be included in a consumer report. And further, EQUIFAX is invading my right to privacy and are not adhering to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 3 ) & ( 4 ). They are not exercising their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality and privacy.
