XXXX XXXX XXXX used to be my apartment not until state of emergency commenced due to high number of XXXX. I wasnt working at the time which the state offered cares Acts which excluded landlords from evicting tenants during the outbreak of virus. I wasnt working, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX focused and was rushed to the hospital, later on was XXXX and in XXXX for a while before having XXXX XXXX due to XXXX, anxiety. Under XXXX accommodations, I requested debt validation to make sure I wasnt overcharged but it got to my attention. I moved out after I sent a email to management that I will be moving out, all rental agreement such as one month notice before vacate wasnt enforced due to state of emergency. I ended up not picking up my properties which made them confiscate my items and now Im being charged for what I didnt use.Im requesting XXXX accommodation as Im unable to make this payment due to underlying illness plus under 15 U.S. Code 1681i fair accurate reporting should be provided but I dont think Im having fair reporting. I called and tried to negotiate but the lady was so rude and was promptly offered XXXX off ( {$3300.00} ) and must be paid in one sitting which even makes it more difficult to work with but then sponsor whom co-signed already made payment close to $ XXXX as I wasnt able to assist with the payment due to my underlying illness. Im requesting for review of account to show proof of state of emergency, email sent to management of hardship. This isnt proofing XXXX of cost breakdown including one paid by my sponsor XXXX XXXX. Under the lease agreement it state every payment owned must be paid but also have to remember the care acts law was enforced and a lot of lease agreement was in absolute pending.attachment shows date very close to move out date from XXXX XXXX apartment. Errors detected 1 ) Not providing full debt validation including one paid by XXXX XXXX 2 ) late fee, charges, rental agreement binding agreement was noid due to state of emergency 3 ) was charged one full month + miscellaneous 4 ) agreement provides XXXX accommodation for health grounds on number 20 5 ) insurance charges multiple times
