1. - The account in question was not a credit account, but a brokerage account and which XXXX XXXX, closed on XX/XX/2022 at their sole discretion, with a positive balance and illegally retaining assets for weeks after. 2. - The positive balance was refunded days after leaving a XXXX BALANCE. 3. - There were no charges pending at all, after the balance was transferred out of the Brokerage firm, and the a legal procedure with the authorities is in place now against XXXX XXXX, as well as complaints filed with XXXX on XX/XX/2022 ; and the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, on XX/XX/2022 with the XXXX XXXX XXXX, in addition to the litigation in place for damages to me as account holder. The collector is sending repeated letters trying to collect amounts I clearly dont owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA, and other civil codes.
