I am disputing the Hard Credit Inquiries on my report. I recently requested credit from XXXX XXXX to pay bills from a business account. That was all i needed. I did authorize them to run my credit with a XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. About 2 weeks later I received a second card that i did not apply for. They said I did and i came from my computer, but I did not. I had to call the company and was on the phone for 4 hours because i could not even use my email to check the account. Then they kept trying to get me to use a phone number i have not had access to in 8 years. A day later we got my accounts linked and straightened out. They agreed it was something fishy but said i would have to take the inquiry up with the credit bureau.They could not tell me why and said It must have been the computer and to take i up with the credit bureaus. I did not authorize this the second XXXX XXXX inquiry. I was also informed it would hurt my credit if I closed the account. The only one that I authorized Is the XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I then started receiving some emails from other companies stated that i was not approved for credit and needed more information. I then received and email fro XXXX XXXX that I had been denied credit. I inquired why as that i never applied. I was told I did and had too many inquiries. I was also receiving letter from other companies that i was denied credit. 9 in total. I then called my Credit bureaus and found out I had two pulls from XXXX XXXX, only one I authorized, two from XXXX XXXX XXXX that I did not authorize, and One from XXXX that i did not authorize. i would not have applied with XXXX being that i was already in a dispute with them. That does not make any sense. I called all of the companies and was told there was nothing i could do that my computer was probably hacked and to contact my credit bureaus. XXXX would not work with me and told me to take it up with the Credit bureau, probably because i am already in a dispute with them. I was also receiving letters and more emails from other companies needing more information to give me a loan that i never applied for, but they said i did. I took my computer to XXXX repair and had to have the entire thing wipe and redone. Upon contacting TransUnion to report the fraud, i explained the issue and they agreed with me I was told it would be taken care of but to log in and enter a complaint here. Our small town police department sent me to the bigger town for a police report, but I have not had a day off during the week to drive there and report yet. I will. The last one I did not authorize was XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I was told it was for a mortgage when I called. i am not in the market for a house nor was I at the beginning of XXXX. I can not afford the prices of house right now and have no need to mess up my credit if I can not buy one. All of these happened after I got my credit card with XXXX XXXX the inquiry XXXX XXXX except the XXXX XXXX which i found upon calling. All of the above inquiries, Except the XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/2022 should be removed. They were not authorized on my credit. I am following up again with the above companies and will be lodging complaints with them also if they continue to send me to the credit bureaus. BY LAW>. This is Fraud. Transunion said they would investigate instead they verified everything. This was not an investigation. I am not an XXXX that would apply to companies two times in a row and one I am in dispute with, Nor put fraud on my credit reports and get my computer wiped if it was not fraud. The XXXX XXXX store said i could have clicked a link after i got the initial XXXX XXXX card and they could have gained access to my computer to get information, etc. I am still receiving letters from other companies that i supposedly applied from. I also applied with XXXX XXXX through a link on XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX said it was possibly from that. Transunion did not launch a proper investigation, Investigation, According to 15 US code1681 ch3 e ( e ) The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. However, They seem to have obtained their information directly from the the companies. They have not done the proper investigation. They are also not protecting me. I only gave XXXX XXXXXXXX authorization to pull my credit on XX/XX/2022. The other companies were not authorized by me. These are fraudulent inquiries. The credit bureaus have to prove that this was me not my computer that did this! I have no open accounts with XXXX XXXX, XXXX or XXXX XXXX. I am a living human being with right under the 15 USC 1681 TransUnion is govern by 15. USC 1581. This is not the first time they have violated my rights. I expect the following inquiries to be removed they were not approved by me. XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX The letters and emails i have received all back up a data breach from my computer on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. There are 9 in total. I have no reason to apply for 9 different places in one day. I am not my computer nor am I any of my electronics. I am also following up again with above companies.
