Dating back to XX/XX/XXXX up until now XX/XX/XXXX Ive been a victim of identity theft and data breaches putting me in debt with numerous fraudulent accounts and transactions unauthorized thousands of dollars were charged in fees and debt credit card accounts and loans were also fraudulently opened causing me poor credit and debt thats very difficult to fix. Ive filed police reports and tried reaching out to the companies in question with no success I ask all parties that you remove and block the negative inaccuracies and false statements and accusations against me due to identity theft I have all documents and much proof I can attach with my complaint please acknowledge and accept my claim
