this is the situation so i paid off the utitly company the cable company they send to collection to collect a XXXX balance i have try to talk to them for several time about this situation to take this negative mark and they would not take it off till i paid and it show its paid off and they company jnow i had paid them off. so what they are doing its a frandulent act, on my credit report i have talk to them and i ask them and they are not willing to remove this i need some help with this situation.
