Americollect, Inc are reporting two alleged debts to My Consumer Report and also are in violation of 15 USC 1692c ( a ) ; communication without prior consent. 15 USC 1692e ; using false deceptive or misleading representation and also in violation of 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) must have written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates I have disputed the items with the company I've sent in several letters and upon them calling me to ask me about the debts no letter was responded too. This is also identity theft by obtaining personal information without prior consent in creating an account in my name without my knowledge I understand 18 u.s.c. 894 will also be violated once a police report is filed and it's already been stated to them that they are in violation of these other codes and nothing has been done I'd also like to point out according to the nmls consumer access website they aren't legally allowed to do business in the state of North Carolina
