On XX/XX/2022 XXXXXXXX XXXX, I sent several EQUIFAX executives a registered email with a signed and sworn Notice of Demand by Affidavit demanding that EQUIFAX removes all negative items from my credit report, including all hard inquiries and late payments within 24 hrs of notice. I never gave EQUIFAX permission to furnish my private transaction information, let alone create a credit report using my social security information. I have let them know they are violating several federal laws. They have yet to comply with my demands.
