XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX still has not provided the items required and requested by myself and an attorney. Attached is a letter sent to them. They provided limited information. The information they did provide showed that there were no calls or activity on any phone line after XX/XX/2021. I have provided them and all three of my credit bureaus including the copb proof that I had all three phone numbers on another cell phone carrier. How can I have two cell phone carriers? That's impossible per the FTC. The collection company has failed to realize that XXXX continued to charge me for one of the phone numbers on the account for several months. This has been made very clear to the cfpb all three credit bureaus and this collection company in black and white with bills. They have failed to provide me all the information on the validation letter which I will also attach to this. The cfpb and the credit bureaus need to do their job and read the documentation that I have sent certified mail to everyone. The only amount owed is {$68.00} for a phone. That is it. There is also an issue with XXXX not even having the right information on the credit report. They were also sent letters that showed the item has to be very clear and listed in dispute on my credit report. They were all sent certified letters. XXXX for example doesn't even have an amount listed. I have provided information for that as well. The cfpb needs to read these complaints and documentation
