Consumer Narrative
After finding out that I am being scammed by XXXX XXXX for {$5000.00}, I tried to get in contact with XXXX XXXX, the owner of the company. XXXX has not answered any of my calls or returned any of calls. Then I reached out to Navy Federal XX/XX/XXXX to initiate the dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX, they stated that due to me sending the money to the company, this does not constitute for fraud. I explained to them that the company misrepresented themselves and had me send money to another company. They also stated that because its a scam, the automatic clearing house ( ACH ) will not accept it because it being a scam. They suggested that I take this to civil court. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to XXXX for assistance but they redirected me to Navy Federal. On XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to reach out to XXXX to XXXX and I have not received any calls from him. They alleged that they are working on my XXXX warehouse but I have not seen my inventory sent to me.
