I had ACH debit set up for this loan. I have been paying regularly without issue. I contacted about refinancing the very high, predatory rate. The customer service representative states I can not speak to anyone about refinance and early pay off was not an option. I asked they stop my ACH withdrawals. He hung up on me. My next due date the ACH payment was taken out. I called back and stated I wanted an early payoff. I was going to refinance with another company. I was made to hold for extraordinarily long time. Again ACH debited. I finally sent an email explicitly stating I was contacting this entity and they no longer had permission to access my account. The ACH stopped. They began to call my work place. I asked it stopped. It did not until I threatened legal action. They are aggressive, predatory lenders who bully and harass people. I have no issue getting back on track but now they have forwarded me to the legal dept and charged fees. I have used multiple online lenders without issue. This company is overly aggressive.
