Consumer Narrative

Requested for debt to be validated and I was informed that the original creditor is speedy cash ; I received a one-page letter without any disclosures from AD Astra Dated XX/XX/2022 after filing a complaint against the collection agency to verify/validate the debt. The letter did not include : -A " proper '' validation notice -The Validation period -detailed/itemized information regarding the debt; such as but not limited to ; - the original contract - the original loan balance -the specific type of loan - the account number associated with the debt- Clear and conspicuous information on where to dispute the debt - an itemization of the current amount of the debt reflecting interest, fees, payment, credits. - a copy of the most recent/last statement - the date the account was charged off/amount charged off - information regarding consumer protections I was prompted to report " ID Theft Affidavit '' without enough information provided to determine ID theft. This debt is frivolous and after doing more research it is also a fraudulent business activity that is not allowed in California.
