Despite the multiple written letters and CFPB Complaint I have been sending to the 3 Credit Bureaus, my request for proper verification and deletion of the fraudulent information on my credit reports has been ignored. The last letter I sent to XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX Credit Bureaus was dated XX/XX/2022, but no Response was ever received from them. I have reviewed a copy of my updated credit reports and it is clear that the Credit Bureaus have ignored my requests. Their willful non-compliance has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i, which states that continued reports of the unverified information without any proof provided, within the time allowed by law, is not authorized. Also, the Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove any accounts and information that resulted due to identity theft. However, the Credit Bureaus did not complied with the FCRA regulation and continued reporting the disputed accounts and information without sending me copies of proof of verification or any documents bearing my signature. The following Fraudulent Information listed below are still reporting on my credit report and have caused a large decrease on my credit score. I am hoping that you may be able to help me and have these items deleted as soon as possible.
