I am a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge, request for credit, open accounts or make late payments. I ask that the items be deleted to correct my credit report. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also enclosed copies of the FTC ID Theft Affidavit. Please delete the items as soon as possible : inquires, accounts that are not mine, late payment and personal information.
