Can you please help me to resolve this matter. XXXX found out on my consumer file that LexisNexis has furnished a Bankruptcy on my credit file and illegally shared the file with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This was done without Permissible Purpose and has violated my right to privacy. I have contacted the Municiple Court and they have stated they did not shareb this information with Lexis Nexis. With this Bankruptcy being on my account I have lost personal funding opportunities for me and children to purchase a home. I have called Lexis Nexis numerous times and emailed thier CEO XXXX XXXX. They refuse to do anything about it. They have me on hold for a long period of time and then hang up on me. Please help me with this matter.
