I explained to the internal customer rep these 2 complaints are linked together. I had been paying {$100.00} per month previously. I left the part time job because the employer was abusive paranoid drunk. I have been trying to obtain a part time job and was trying to make contact with them at the time. They went into my bank account without my consent causing {$71.00} in overdraft fees. Then I did get a hold of them and did agree to terms with a verbally combative customer rep. While trying to not become XXXX. I have been paying monthly the agreed {$50.00} per month. He said they showed no agreement. I said that is a LIE!!!! I told the inside rep that the aggressive rep accused me of lying. They would roll audio tapes. I said go ahead. He got pissy when I refused to give him bank account information and told him I would send it from my bank to their bank. Then I hung up. I stressed to the inside rep I am not the only person this has happened to I know other former NC State workers this has happened to with Discover. I could go to small claims court and win on this one. Just because you take a payment once from my account does not mean you can do so here after.
