I am a cosigner of a private student loan XXXX - XXXX with XXXX XXXX, that has been paid in full then transferred to another bank. XXXX XXXX has been late on all 3 accounts, due to the Student primary borrower who defaulted in the loan. Six months later, XXXX XXXX notified me thereafter, which caused loans to be in serious default, with interest, principals, late fees ..... Student to date has not made contact with me nor has he made any payment on the loan as the primary borrower. I was able to set-up a payment plan as a retiree to bring the loans out of default once all three loans were out of default, XXXX XXXX transferred the 3 loans to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I filed a dispute with Credit Bureau Agencies against XXXX XXXX to remove derogatory marks, It has been 7-8 years, as loans was paid in full. XXXX XXXX denial request to rs. remove marks from my credit report. I value my credit and understand the value of having good credit that I use very wisely. Co-signing was a terrible mistake, which I learned a valuable lesson. I am only asking for the late remarks to be removed. Primary Borrower 8 years later has not contacted me nor made any effort to make payments. I continue to payments to date on all three loans that has increased to {$47000.00} from {$40000.00} when XXXX XXXX transferred it. Thank you for your help XXXX
