XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX promises and high pressure sales tactics to sell me a solar system in XX/XX/XXXX. The solar does not work. It has failed state inspection twice. The XXXX system is faulty. The solar company has closed down and filed bankruptcy. GoodLeap LLC is the lender who provided the loan. This company put a XXXX fixture XXXX attached to my home in XX/XX/XXXX. They refuse to take the panels back or release the Lien. They partnered with a dishonest solar company and refuse to assist me ( the customer ). I have filed XXXX XXXX XXXX due to this XXXX debt that I have been unjustly charged. The debt to GoodLeap was discharged on XX/XX/XXXX and GoodLeap is advising they will not pick the panels up nor will they release the Lien unless I pay the XXXX that was already discharged in bankruptcy.
