I took out a Comenity ( Arhaus ) Credit Card in XXXX. I have been paying above the maximum since that time. My current balance is {$2600.00} but my credit report is showing that it is {$3300.00} because Comenity has failed in its duty to report to the credit bureaus since XXXX. This is having a SIGNIFICANT impact on my credit score because it is a single card utilization of 95 %. When I called Comenity yesterday ( XX/XX/22 ) they said that one month it was not reported because their system was down. They could not give me a reason why it was not reported in other months. Furthermore, they failed to notify their customers of this. Comenity has failed at every level here. Their mistake will cost me thousands of dollars as I have to make a large purchase and their failure will not be rectified by then. This is completely unacceptable and is affecting many of their customers.
