On XX/XX/XXXX a payout to XXXXXXXX XXXXe for XXXX $ To settle the lease for a new car purchased at XXXX XXXX XXXX. The payoff for the 2019 XXXX was XXXX XXXX As per XXXX XXXX own website, they were to remit the difference within 15 days of the payoff. I have yet to receive the refund. Additionally, XXXX took 6 days to even acknowledge the payment only listing the amount due, not the overpayment. XXXX has not honored their own policy in issuing a refund, but also a level of malfeasance in reporting the payment on my account. Ill file a separate report as they have also manipulated this account with the credit bureaus.
