On Friday XX/XX/XXXX, my checking account was hacked multiple times and charged three times in the amounts of {$120.00}, {$120.00}, and {$120.00} from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all in the same day and time. These unauthorized transactions also happened in another state that I do not reside in. I have reached out to Chime 5 times and they have done nothing to settle my dispute. I first opened my dispute on XX/XX/XXXX and they closed my dispute the same day without my knowledge, they did not reach out to me or contact me regarding my dispute at all. They keep telling me to wait and that my case will be escalated but I have not heard or seen any changes to this matter. I have tried reaching out to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and I have not heard back from them after calling and sending a message through their website.
