Starting in XXXX I started receiving phone about late payments-3 total when I returned the call they said it was in the hands of the attorneys and they couldnt talk to me but did say that my account wasnt settled and still had a large balance. The credit repair company attempted to get a statement to show account paid in full but they never responded and then XX/XX/XXXX they reported it as unpaid account to credit bureaus
