A person at Eastern said person who incurred this debt used my name, date of birth and address. My date of birth is XX/XX/XXXX. My address is XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fl XXXX. My SSN is XXXX. I have learned that the address of this person is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Il XXXX. The period charged is from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX 's phone number is XXXX -- XXXX or Account number is XXXX. This amount is shown on my credit report. I want it removed please. I did contact the XXXX Sheriff 's office at XXXX. I was transferred to a nice deputy for the area. He said it is an apartment complex that is now vacant. It was purchased by XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX, Mo. I tried calling them and left a message. Call not returned. Their phone number is XXXX. XXXX Credit Bureau has Eastern Account system down twice. One is for {$210.00}, and the other is for {$100.00}. My local sheriff 's dept says it is out of their jurisdiction so wouldn't take an ID Theft report/fraud. I was given a phone number by XXXX for this person as XXXX they haven't tried to call the number. I don't know if Eastern has tried or not.
