I have a XXXXXXXX XXXX credit card that has inaccurate information being reported about it by Equifax. I contacted Equifax twice via their dispute portal and indicated that the ontime payments from XXXX to XX/XX/2022 are missing from my report and need to be updated to reflect accurate information. Equifax was also informed that my credit balance for this credit card hasnt been updated correctly since XX/XX/2022. Also, I specifically told them that my posted balance for XXXX should be {$0.00} and instructed them to update the correct info my this account. Ive filed 2 separate disputes about this matter with Equifax witn no resolution by them. Equifax did a supposed investigation in a day on both occassions that I filed my disputes and still didnt fix my complaint.
