On XX/XX/2022, I used my Capital One credit card to charge the amount of {$9700.00} for a XXXX XXXX package for " XXXX XXXX that included XXXX flights, Hotel and camp accommodations, local transportation and guidance. XXXX failed to complete the booking then after10 days assigned me to a lesser package. However, due to so many problems with their process, timings and service, most of the items in the lesser package were not made available to me which made me pay third parties to be able to travel to complete the mission. I estimated the service that XXXX provided to me to be less than {$4000.00} therefore I asked for or refund of the amount {$5700.00}, after exhausting my options, I disputed that amount with Capital One Master card and gave me the temporary credit. XXXX weeks later, Capital One put the charge back based on the claim by XXXX that services were provided and asked for documentation to prove my case. I provided all what they asked for and more including receipts and second onion. Each time, I submitted documentation, they declined my case and I had spoken with them many times and they started playing games with me. Please help get my refund back for the the services that were not available to me.
