I have rights under 15 USC 1681 that have been violated and are continuously being violated with no resolve by credit bureau, credit furnisher and CFPB. Equifax who is governed by 15 USC 1681 has violated my rights numerous times and my request for them to correct said issues has been ignored as well. I demand the 2 accounts and consumer statement listed below be removed immediately. In accordance with 15 USC 1681 I have the right to privacy and I DID NOT give Equifax written or verbal permission to furnish these accounts.
