Problem with TransUnion and XXXX XXXX XXXX. This dept is going to be XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX reopened my account without any given knowledge or reason. TransUnion is treating this as a new debt, by stating the fact that i had one missed one payment this month. This action not only had lowered my credit score. But a loan credit card i have, called XXXX, cut me off from using it. The card is paid well and on time, upgrade is another complaint. The Statius of this credit card changed when XXXX XXXX reopen the old loan, and then first missed payment reported. Can you please do something to correct this situation. Thank you
