I contacted XXXX, XXXX, XXXX as well as the collection company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about a debt that I do not recognize on my credit report. I asked for proof that this debt belonged to me or have it removed. Neither was taken card of from any of the parties. XXXX XXXX has yet to answer a call, return a call or write me back and it's be about 60 days. If I can not be provided proof that this is indeed my debt I'd like it removed from my credit report.
