I'm filing this complaint against Experian for lack of investigation regarding my credit report. Inquries US SM BUS ADmin XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX account paid and closed, US Dept of ED XXXX account paid and closed, Bankrupty that is on my account, XXXX XXXX accounts stating that I have a debt of over {$50000.00} dollars. 15 USC 1681 602A Section 2 states I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 604A Section 2 It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. Experian is using an automated system the company has not done a property investigation. E-Oscar is automated. The items that I have listed need to be removed asap.
