People 's United Bank transitioned to M & T Bank on XX/XX/2022. I have been unable to get bank statements for my personal and business accounts prior to this date. I am attempting to close on a loan and was told that " only the division presidents can get you this. '' I called for support and was on hold for 2 hours to be told this. I went into a branch and was told this. When I attempted to write a question in my on-line account it said " we are not accepting on-line questions due to high volume.
