complainant filed dispute because a phone ordered from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX never arrived. Capital one just decided the complaint in favor of Store even though the store 's own XXXX tracking number shows it was never received by me. On XX/XX/XXXX dispute department sent me an email asking me to respond to a letter attached to the email but no letter was attached. Dispute department then denied the dispute when there is no way I received this item. It needs to be re-checked. Moreover, the receipt from the store shows that one part of the order was cancelled and the other part returned. I am attaching tracking number, receipt that shows canceled or returned and the email sent XX/XX/XXXX that has no attachments for me to respond to. It's not clear that Capital One has any evidence from merchant and they had all of this from me.
