2 fraudulent charges were made on my credit card. I didn't make the purchases. In XXXX, XXXX I received a bill. I knew the charges were not made by me. I called the company and reported to the fraud department. They opened an investigation XX/XX/XXXX. I continue to receive calls from Comenity Bank collections ( weekly ). I explained charges are not mine and a fraud investigation is open.. I called fraud department back XX/XX/XXXX. Still not complete on investigation. I continue to receive calls from XXXX XXXX I've spent at minimum 5hours on the phone for this situation. Please help me. I need the harassing calls of collections to stop, I've never used this card, I should owe {$0.00} and I had the account closed immediately upon seeing the fraud charges early in XXXX. I am concerned this will be sent to collections, and I have not made any purchases on this account.
