All 3 credit bureaus refuse to remove a student loan ( Acct. # XXXX ) that was paid over 3 years ago which the provider promised to remove from my report upon payment. The U.S. Department of Education, XXXX, and XXXX says is nowhere to be found. Experian refuses to allow you past the automated operator. XXXX refuses to take my info or evidence, and XXXX wants me to pay {$30.00} which I am not gon na do. I can no longer dispute this account because it has already been disputed.
