Hello, after carefully reviewing my consumer report i have realized that according to The Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681a Definitions : Rules of Construction ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) states " the term consumer report does not contain information in regards to sensitive details such as transactions and or experience between the consumer and the person making the report. '' and as i realized that late payments are a form of transactions, and Utilization is a form of experience created by credit usage. i have realized that a few of my consumer rights have been violated. XXXX, XXXX, Experian are all listing a late payment from ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX as well as reporting credit usage for all of my credit card accounts which are : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Usage/ Utilization are a form of Experience as a byproduct of credit usage, AND late payments are a form of transactions. USC subsect 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) says " any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other, in accordance with the consumer to whom it related. from what i understand i have never gave XXXX, Experian, XXXX XXXX any kind of written instruction to report any late payments or any sort of usage, any transactions or any experiance created by credit usage on my consumer report. Also, according to 15 USC 1681 602 Congressional findings and statement of purpose says, There is need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. and it also says the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. INACCURATE credit reports directly impair the strength and honesty of the banking system. and ANY unfair credit reporting ruins public trust and confidence in the banks which directly affects banks negatively. MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN VIOLATED and nothing about any of these transactions or experience reported by these 3 companies ( EXPERIEAN, XXXX, XXXX ) is a form of violation to my consumer rights.
