Back in XXXX, I had a judgement filed against me on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive notice of this court date or where to appear. In regards of me not appearing to a court date that I had no knowledge of, a judgement was entered in the amount of {$1700.00} ( Cause No. XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on the behalf of Midland Funding XXXX LLC. This judgement was placed on my Business Credit of XXXX XXXX as a Lien and on my Personal Credit Report as a judgment, Herein, this has been updated as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to dispute this several times off of my Business Credit report. It was disputed off of my personal credit. However, I have recently researched that Midland Funding, LLC is not licensed in the State of Mississippi.
