I contacted all 3 credit reporting agencies and all 3 told me that inquiries are permanent and can not be removed. I explained that they are not legitimate inquiries and that this has happened to me before when I was in the military where someone repeatedly tried to get credit in my name. They told me that there is nothing they can do about the inquiries. I called multiple times only to get the same answers and I submitted online disputes but they have not corrected this.
