Issues requesting a refund for my student loan payments with Edfinancial. I called Edfinancial and requested a refund of my payments made after XX/XX/2020 which totaled to the amount of {$13000.00} about 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my refund. The Edfinancial website still shows that my loans are fully paid off and they have not reinstated the {$13000.00} balance that is eligible for a refund. I would like this balance restored as per President Biden 's student loan cancellation policy, this entire amount would be canceled. I attempted to call back to check on the status of my request but there seems to be no progress and no way to track whether or not they even submitted my request.
