Recently, I did an investigation on my credit report which cuased severe XXXX upon me and found information provided was inaccurate and questionable that your agency did not make sure it was reporting 100 % accurately. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, evertyhing has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report and under 15 U.S.C 1681 Code 1681 ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accuratly. XXXX XXXX XXXX EQUIFAX VERIFIED THAT THIS ITEM BELONGS TO YOU. No Additional Information was provided by Creditor. Creditor also Failed to show proof of ownership and debt verification in a court case. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written consent. They have failed to provide proof to me, and proof to the courts that they own this debt or have a lawful right to collect on this debt.
